The present invention provides a method and a program for cardiac output acquisition using an arterial pressure waveform which accurately acquire a cardiac output. The method for cardiac output acquisition using an arterial pressure waveform comprises: a step in which a computer acquires cardiac output measurement data of a patient during a predetermined period of time; a step in which the computer acquires arterial pressure waveform data of the patient including one or more heartbeat cycles; a step in which the computer maps the cardiac output measurement data and the arterial pressure waveform data to generate a data set; a step in which the computer performs learning by a learning model with the data set as input data; and a step in which the computer uses results of the learning to acquire a cardiac output value by regression analysis. The learning model includes a plurality of calculation steps, sequentially performs the calculation steps, and sends a subsampling value of data values in a previous step to the next step without undergoing each calculation step. The subsampling value is at least one among the average value, maximum value, minimum value, and differentiation value of the data values of the previous step.
