The present invention relates to a cover device for a car dock, which is configured to open and close a work space by a cover plate at an upper portion of the work space formed in a car dock. The cover device comprises: a plurality of cover plates which are moved to a position for opening and closing the work space on rails provided at both sides of an upper side of the work space, and which are detachably interlocked with and connected to each other by a connecting means; a drive unit provided to move the cover plates to opening/closing positions at one side of the workspace; and a receiving unit receiving the cover plates in a stacking manner when the workspace is opened. The cover plates are connected to each other, and are pulled and moved to close the work space. The cover plates are connected by the connecting means to be freely separated when the cover plates are stacked in the receiving unit, thereby completely opening an upper portion of the car dock. The cover device stacks and receives the plurality of cover plates in the car dock when the car dock is opened, and moves the cover plates, which are automatically stacked and stored, to the upper portion of the car dock to use the car dock as a whole when the car dock is closed, thereby increasing work efficiency, reducing manufacturing costs by simplifying a structure, and increasing durability by reducing the occurrence of a failure.
