The present invention relates to a method and system for supplying hydrogen-mixed fuel for a low-pressure gas engine for a vessel, capable of reducing methane slips by supplying natural gas, which is supplied as fuel for a low-pressure gas engine for a vessel, by mixing hydrogen with the natural gas. According to the present invention, methane slips of exhaust gas discharged from a low-pressure gas engine for a vessel using liquefied gas as fuel are analyzed, and the addition of hydrogen to be mixed with gas fuel supplied to the low-pressure gas engine is controlled depending on the quantity of the methane slips included in the exhaust gas. Therefore, the methane slips of the low-pressure gas engine can be prevented. The hydrogen mixed with the liquefied gas is compressed and stored in a hydrogen storage tank in the vessel, and hydrogen can be supplied to the hydrogen storage tank through a hydrogen supply infrastructure on land.
