A complex balance exercise board for providing complex balance exercise of the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped board (210) on which a user can stand or sit; at least two shafts (220) which are coupled to or integrally extended to the bottom of the board (210) and installed below the board (210); a shaft sliding coupling member (230) including the shaft (220) and having an inner shape capable of sliding movement on the outer surface of the shaft (220) so that the shaft (220) can be moved up and down; a sliding coupling member support member (240) having an inner shape capable of tilting and rotating movement at the outer surface of the shaft sliding coupling member (230) and supporting the shaft sliding coupling member (230) so that the shaft (220) can perform a complex balance movement including up, down, tilt and rotational movements; a support housing (250) supporting the sliding coupling member support member (240); and a support board (260) installed to include or be coupled to the support housing (250) to support the board (210) from the bottom.
