The present invention provides a method for producing copper oxide nanoparticles using a cell-free extract of Trichoderma asperellum, the method comprising: (S10) culturing Trichoderma asperellum (SKCGW003) on filtration paper; (S20) collecting mycelial biomass from the cultured Trichoderma asperellum; (S30) stirring the mycelial biomass at room temperature by using a stirrer; (S40) filtering the stirred mycelial biomass to obtain a cell-free extract (TA-CFE); (S50) dissolving Cu(NO_3)_2 and 3H_2O in the cell-free extract (TA-CFE) and stirring the same; and (S60) chilling the same at room temperature and stirring the same. In addition, the present invention provides a method for producing copper oxide nanoparticles using a cell-free extract of Trichoderma asperellum, which are effective in anticancer treatment and are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
