The present invention relates to a method for estimating a location of an unidentified COSPAS-SARSAT beacon and a system thereof. More specifically, when performing location estimation of a COSPAS-SARSAT beacon, provided are a method for performing help by estimating a COSPAS-SARSAT beacon without an identifier and a system thereof. Disclosed is the system for estimating a location of an unidentified beacon which comprises: a receiving unit receiving a signal of the unidentified beacon; a calculation unit calculating the received signal and checking the presence and similarity of a signal for help of the beacon using the calculated value; and a location estimation unit estimating the location of the unidentified beacon using the calculated value.
