The present invention relates to an elevator maintenance and repair training method using a virtual reality-based elevator maintenance and repair training simulator. More specifically, the elevator maintenance and repair training method includes: a modeling loading step in which a control unit loads modeling information of the parts of the elevator from a modeling DB according to predetermined training item information; and a mapping step in which the modeling information of the parts of the elevator is mapped to an elevator mockup through a holo lens. According to the present invention, the elevator maintenance and repair training can be simulated by using the holo lens, thereby enabling systematic elevator maintenance and repair training.
