HDPE HDPE Film and the Manufacturing Method

The present invention relates to an antistatic HDPE film and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided are an antistatic HDPE film and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein an antistatic film is manufactured by mixing an HDPE resin with an antistatic resin composition without an alcohol-based substance, and thus, a semi-permanent antistatic function can be implemented, and antistatic performance can be maintained for a long period of time. In addition, an additional post process for implementing an antistatic function is not required, and thus, a manufacturing process is simplified and productivity is improved. Since an alcohol-based solubilizing agent is not used, stickiness of a film can be minimized. An antistatic function can be effectively implemented by one film. Furthermore, strength of a film is excellent due to characteristics of an HDPE resin as compared with an existing antistatic LDPE film which is vulnerable to a tearing phenomenon.
