PURPOSE: A synthetic resin film using pellet type calcium carbonate and polyethylene with high intensity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be economical by inexpensively supplying polyethylene films and to be environmentally friendly by not requiring a separate cremation process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a synthetic resin film using pellet type calcium carbonate and polyethylene with high intensity comprises the following step: molding calcium carbonate by heating and mixing 2-12 wt% of APP, 2-8 wt% of polyethylene (PE), 1-6 wt% of dispersion ash with 75-95 wt% of limestone which has the size of 1- 3.2 micro meters, the moisture of 0.01- 0.3 %, and the pH of 7-11 at a temperature of 105-125 deg. Celsius while maintaining the moisture content of 0.01-0.3 %. The calcium carbonate is provided by the following steps: heating at 150-250 deg. Celsius and extruding to have a diameter of 2-6 mm by melting, kneading and cutting to have a thickness of 1-4 mm; cooling and sorting the calcium carbonate and mixing the same with 20-60 wt% of polyethylene (HDPE) having a diameter of 3-6 mm and a thickness of 2-5 mm and drying at 130-150 deg. Celsius; supplying the dried raw material to an extruder and heat melt mixing at a temperature of 150-250 deg. Celsius and extending a film 9-20 times while air is supplied when the film is extruded from a dice to a cylinder; and obtaining the extended and frozen in a cylindrical shape film by high frequency heat treating while transferring through a plurality of rollers after folded on upper rollers.
