Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for natural ventilation of an underground space tunnel using plasma and waterfalls. According to one embodiment, the apparatus for natural ventilation of the tunnel includes an air flow layer configured in at least a portion of an inner wall of the tunnel and having an inner space configured in a streamlined shape to guide a cross section of the inner space of the tunnel to be reduced from one side to the other side. The air flow layer can guide a train wind or a vehicle wind in an air flow direction of an air dust collection and suction part at an increased speed as the inner space of the tunnel is configured in the streamlined shape.
