The present embodiments provide a method for evaluating a radiation internal exposure dose and a simulated phantom, which can shorten the time for evaluating the dose without causing additional radiation exposure to a patient. The method for evaluating the radiation internal exposure dose of the present invention comprises the following steps of: preparing the phantom; generating a source; and determining the radiation exposure dose of a second organ.
