The present invention relates to a novel silicone binder for anti-fingerprint coating having a hydrophilic amino group substituted with an ether group, and to a production method thereof and, more specifically, to an amino alkyl silicone binder for anti-fingerprint coating, which is synthesized by substituting halogen for an amine group substituted with the ether group and a halogen alkyl silicone binder, and to a production method thereof.
