The present invention relates to a novel silicone binder for anti-fingerprint coating having a hydrophilic amino group substituted with an ether group and a method for manufacturing the same, and specifically, an anti-fingerprint anti-glare coating synthesized by substituting halogen of an amine group substituted with an ether group and a halogen alkyl silicone binder. It relates to a solvent amino alkyl silicone binder and a method for producing the same.
