The present invention relates to a floor panel installation structure against interlayer noises in a house building and a construction method thereof, in which a support panel, an upper layer panel, urethane foam, a rubber shock-absorbing material, expanded polystyrene, a mesh net, and an upper case formed to allow separation and assembly are produced with predetermined sizes, are conveniently transported to a place for installation, and are easily installed. Moreover, the present invention can flexibly deal with a case of damage to any component of floor panel installation structures while being used after being installed as well as an installation process, and can realize stable installation, maintenance, and repair. Also, the present invention can easily prevent floor impact sound, transferred to an upper side of an upper case, from being transferred in the direction of an external case, thereby easily preventing an interlayer noise problem due to the occurrence of floor impact sounds in the case of being installed as a floor panel in an apartment building.
