The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing microneedle-type hydrogel, and a method for manufacturing the microneedle-type hydrogel. The composition for manufacturing the microneedle-type hydrogel of the present invention comprises a biocompatible polymer, a gelling agent, and polyhydric alcohol. The method for manufacturing the microneedle-type hydrogel of the present invention comprises a step of irradiating the composition with radiation, thereby being able to manufacture the microneedle-type hydrogel with excellent strength and being able to simplify a process of manufacturing hydrogel.
