The present invention relates to a composition for preparing a microneedle type hydrogel and a method for manufacturing the microneedle type hydrogel. The composition for preparing a microneedle type hydrogel of the present invention includes a biocompatible polymer, a gelling agent, and a polyhydric alcohol, and the method for preparing the microneedle type hydrogel of the present invention includes the step of irradiating the composition with radiation, thereby providing excellent strength. It has a technical feature in that it is possible to manufacture a microneedle-type hydrogel, and to simplify the process of hydrogel production.
