The present invention relates to a technology for a system capable of allowing a user to measure brain waves using a personal wearable device or diagnostic equipment disposed in a multi-user facility, and providing a diagnostic opinion to the user by analyzing the brain waves by a medical specialist at a remote site. The system comprises: diagnostic equipment collecting brainwave information of a user; a remote diagnosis unit transmitting the brainwave information to the medical specialist to receive the diagnostic resu an application mediating the user and the medical specialist to consult with each other; a control unit storing and managing personal information of the user in Ethereum or Ethereum Classic; and a contribution compensation unit giving a voucher to a mobile phone of the user to compensate a contribution of the user who used the diagnostic equipment, in order to compensate the performance of contributing the activation of a mental health diagnosis and care service.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
