Disclosed are a control moment gyro cluster driving method using a potential function and a control moment gyro cluster driving system. According to the present invention, the control moment gyro cluster driving method includes the steps of: interlocking with generation of a torque input order and considering an input direction of a torque to select target singularity of the singularity searched about the predetermined torque; determining a gimbal angle corresponding to the target singularity as the target gimbal angle and angle-moving the current gimbal angle so as to reach the target singularity; and adjusting the current gimbal angle by using the potential function so as not to reach evasion singularity except the target singularity when being angle-moved. Therefore, the evasion performance of the undesirable singularity is improved.
