The present invention relates to a mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) recovery device and an MEG recovery method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the MEG recovery device, which recovers MEG from a raw material including water, MEG, high solubility salt, and low solubility salt, comprises: a pre-treatment unit for receiving a raw material from a raw material supply unit to remove low solubility sa a distillation unit connected to the pre-treatment unit, receiving the raw material from which the low solubility salt is removed, vaporizing the water, and producing a processing solution; a flash drum unit connected to the distillation unit, and receiving at least a part of the processing solution to vaporize the same; a high solubility salt removing unit connected to the flash drum unit, and removing the high solubility salt in the processing solution; an extraction unit connected to the flash drum unit, and extracting vaporized MEG; and a recovery unit connected to the distillation unit and the extraction unit, and recovering the MEG. The distillation unit includes a steam ejector into which vaporized water and external high-pressure steam are introduced.
