Disclosed are a nitrogen/phosphorus adsorbable ceramic microbial carrier and a manufacturing method thereof. The nitrogen/phosphorus adsorbable ceramic microbial carrier uses a combination of an ammonia nitrogen adsorption type ceramic microbial carrier, a nitrogen nitrate adsorption type ceramic microbial carrier, and a phosphorus adsorption type ceramic microbial carrier. According to the present invention, the ceramic microbial carrier is formed with foam pores so that microorganisms inhabit the ceramic carrier adsorbing ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, and phosphorus, thereby being used for a long time as the microorganisms can recreate a pore initialization effect by feeding on adsorbed substances.
