According to one embodiment of the present invention, an integrated management method of a message transmission/reception platform may facilitate transmission/reception of a message, emotion, and the like between different message platforms. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a phone number and message contents of a reception terminal from a transmission terminal; checking a second message transmission/reception platform used by the reception terminal; and transmitting the message contents to the reception terminal corresponding to the phone number.
