The present invention relates to a ship docking schedule system in consideration of a weather situation and tide and a method thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the ship docking schedule method comprises: a first step of arranging ships in order of entry into quays and creating a list when there are multiple quays where the ships may come alongside the piers, it is determined that there are one or more piers where the ships may come alongside the piers depending on products loaded, and required working time is determined according to the products and quantity of the products; and a second step of assigning docking order to a pier at the earliest time based on end time of a pre-task and tide information if there is the pre-task at the pier where the ships may come alongside the pier if the ships are classified into the piers where the ships may come alongside the piers according to order of arrival.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
