The present invention provides a laser speckle noise reduction system and a three-dimensional object shape restoration method using the same. The laser speckle noise reduction system of the present invention can maintain the coherence of a laser light source and effectively reduce a laser speckle so as to improve the measurement accuracy of a digital holographic microscopy technology, by allowing the laser light source to pass a diffusion plate controlled by a predetermined control unit to an imaging surface side after the laser light source has passed through an optical interferometer.
