Disclosed are a smart space measuring method with respect to A4 paper and an ordering method thereof. The smart space measuring method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (S100) connecting a consumer terminal having a direct measuring application to a server through a communication network; (S200) transmitting guide information of the server, which is a message of photographing an expansion region on the basis of windows and A4 paper which is a comparison object to the windows, and designating three vertex coordinates of the windows to image data generated by the photographing, to the consumer terminal by activating the direct measuring application; (S300) transmitting the image data obtained by the consumer terminal in accordance with a guide of the server to the server; (S400) extracting, by the server, each vertex of the A4 paper from the image data, calculating the length of the expanded region on the basis of the windows using an angle value of the windows, an angle value of the A4 paper, and a random proportional division value for an A4 paper size, calculated by a trigonometrical function method using the three vertex coordinates of the windows and each extracted vertex of the A4 paper, and transmitting the calculated length to a supplier terminal; and (S500) transmitting any one product information among a blinder, a roll screen, and a curtain, corresponding to the calculated length, to the consumer terminal from the supplier terminal.
