The present invention relates to a marker for predicting the prognosis of survival rate and disease-free survival rate depending on the sex of a patient with lung adenocarcinoma. In a patient with lung adenocarcinoma, the genetic mutation, the sex of the patient, and the survival rate or the genetic mutation and recurrence rate of adenocarcinoma are correlated respectively.
