According to the present invention, the method of optimizing the parameter for ensuring the longitudinal axis stability and the flying quality of the aircraft has effects in which a flying quality margin can be satisfied based on a dynamic inversion control method of an increment method using the angular acceleration sensor, a phase margin and an equivalent time delay characteristic are improved, stability is also satisfied at the same time, and it becomes easier to acquire the Airworthiness Certification.
