The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sea cucumber porridge and a sea cucumber porridge prepared thereby. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (S1) boiling a sea cucumber while changing water of 8 to 12C once a day for 4 to 6 days; (S2) cutting a mouth part of the sea cucumber boiled in the step (S2), and separating and preparing the sea cucumber and sea cucumber entrails; (S3) removing foreign substances by filtering the sea cucumber entrails prepared in the step (S2) by a cotton cloth; (S4) immersing a mung bean in cold water, and then soaking the same for 5 to 7 hours; (S5) inputting sesame oil and cooking oil on a pan to roast rice; (S6) adding the rice roasted in the step (S5) to a clam broth, and boiling the same; and (S7) adding a carrot and the mung bean when the broth is boiled in the step (S6) until the rice is softened, inputting the boiled sea cucumber and the sea cucumber entrails, and turning off fire to finish cooking. The sea cucumber porridge prepared by the present invention has nutrition of a sea cucumber, adds rich flavor of the sea cucumber using the sea cucumber entrails unlike an existing sea cucumber porridge using a sea cucumber, and also can remove a fishy taste and an astringent taste using a clam broth instead of water, thereby greatly improving the preference.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
