According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring blood concentration may comprise: a sweat collection unit which collects sweat from the skin; an optical sensor for irradiating light of different wavelengths to the collected sweat and detecting an optical signal returning from the collected sweat; and a processor for estimating blood concentration of analyte based on the detected optical signal.
