The present invention relates to a prosthesis for an ingrown toenail, capable of correcting an ingrown toenail (2) on a toenail (1), comprising: a pressing unit (10) having a cut surface (11) insertable into a lateral side of the ingrown toenail (2) and formed of one of a metal material and a synthetic resin material; and an attachment unit (20) fixed by being attached to an outer surface of the pressing unit (10) and the ingrown toenail (2) on the toenail (1). Accordingly, it is possible to correct the ingrown toenail and prevent separation of the prosthesis when walking since tightly attachment is enabled onto the toenail. In addition, aesthetic effects can be improved as nail art by having pictures and letters on the prosthesis, and a user is able to freely move with stockings or socks worn while the prosthesis is put on.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
