The present invention relates to a real-time PCR diagnosis kit for analyzing cytokine for a periodontal disease diagnosis, and more specifically, to a diagnosis kit checking, with real-time PCR technique, an mRNA expression of IL-, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF- which are related to inflammation and MMP-8, MMP-9, IL- and PGE-2 which are related to alveolar loss in cytokines which can check a disease degree of periodontal diseases to be helpful in diagnosing a progress degree of periodontal diseases. When the composition and method according to the present invention is used to perform a multiplex reverse transcription (RT) real-time PCR, the present invention can rapidly and accurately detect an mRNA expression level for IL-, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-, and MMP-8, MMP-9, IL- and PGE-2 which can diagnose a degree of contraction of a periodontal disease by two times of reaction, thereby enabling easy clinical diagnosis with a high reliability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
