Disclosed are an apparatus for supporting optimal assembly of materials using mixed reality technology and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, as technology for optimizing material assembly in a manufacturing industry field using mixed reality technology which combines virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology, the apparatus and the method provide the optimal assembly order of material parts to workers at a manufacturing site in a simulation form based on a three-dimensional holographic image and support decision-making of the workers.
