A device for supporting optimum assembly of materials by using a mixed reality technology, and a method therefor are disclosed. One embodiment of the present invention relates to a technology for optimizing material assembly in the manufacturing industry field by using a mixed reality technology in which a virtual reality technology is combined with an augmented reality technology, and provides: a device for improving productivity at a work site and supporting decision making of workers by providing, in a form of simulation, an optimum assembly order of material parts to the workers at the manufacturing site on the basis of a three-dimensional holographic image; and a method therefor.
