INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HOSPITAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The present invention relates to an integrated management system for hospital client information. The integrated management system for hospital customer information comprises: a client terminal triggering a hospital advertisement; an advertisement agency server handling the hospital advertisement through a specific advertisement medium and collecting client information of the client terminal when the client terminal triggers the hospital advertisement; a hospital server requesting the progress of the hospital advertisement from the advertisement agency server; and an integrated management server connected to the advertisement agency server and the hospital server through a wired/wireless communication network to provide the client information collected by the advertisement agency server to the hospital server. The integrated management server includes: a member management unit registering member information of the advertisement agency server and the hospital server, and authenticating each member; an advertisement agency service unit providing a first service tool for collecting the client information of the client terminal to the advertisement agency server; and a hospital service unit providing, to the hospital server, a second service tool for obtaining the client information collected by the advertisement agency server. Therefore, the integrated management system can collectively manage and process the client information directly collected by a hospital as well as the customer information collected by an advertisement agency.
