Disclosed are a method for measuring work memory ability using sentence repeating learning, and a recording medium and a device for performing the same. The method for measuring work memory ability using sentence repeating learning comprises: a sentence repeating learning step of playing an assignment file which presents a sentence in a speech form, starting recording when the playback of the assignment file is finished, and generating a recording file composed of a voice of a user repeating the assignment file; a sentence repeating learning evaluation step of calculating a first sentence repeating score by comparing the assignment file and the recording file; and a work memory ability measuring step of setting a range of a difficulty value and a discrimination value preset according to each sentence by using the first sentence repeating score, repeating the sentence repeating learning step and the sentence repeating learning evaluation step by applying the set range of the difficulty value and the discrimination value, calculating a second sentence repeating score from the sentence speaking learning evaluation step, and using the second sentence repeating score to measure work memory ability indicating an information processing mechanism of the user. The present invention can guarantee a measurement result of the work memory ability with high reliability.
