The present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition for ameliorating skin photoaging, including an Abeliophyllum distichum extract which is effective in anti-oxidation, wrinkle reduction, whitening, anti-inflammation, and the like while securing safety, in response to photoaging of the skin by ultraviolet rays. The present invention includes the Abeliophyllum distichum extract, wherein the Abeliophyllum distichum extract contains 20 wt% or more of acteoside as an active ingredient based on the weight of the Abeliophyllum distichum extract.
