The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation of a poorly water soluble drug using a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system. The pharmaceutical formulation is made of nanoparticles solubilized by using the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system, thereby having excellent long-term stability. In addition, the pharmaceutical formulation is not affected by pH, so that a dissolution rate in other digestive organs increases in addition to an effluent of the gastrointestinal digestive fluid level, thereby improving the bioavailability of a drug. Therefore, the pharmaceutical formulation can be usefully used by substituting an existing prototype formulation in which the dissolution rate is significantly different depending on pH conditions.
