The present invention relates to a bio-probe for detecting hormones, comprising: magnetic microparticles (MMPs) where a first ligand specifically binding to a target analyte binds; and metal nanoparticles where a second ligand specifically binding to a target analyte binds. According to the present invention, antibody-coupled magnetic particles can separate a target hormone, so that a sex hormone in the urine can be non-invasively detected based on molecular barcode analysis without a pre-treatment step of a sample. Therefore, it is possible to save time required for the diagnosis of precocious puberty.
