The present invention relates to a method for producing (sub) microstructures on curved surfaces of an optical component, the method comprising: a step of supplying an elastic carrier film (10) including a reinforcing film (15) to be separated; a step of supplying a model object (30) including a (sub) microstructure (35); a step of applying a forming film (20) on a front surface (11) of the carrier film (10); a step of forming the (sub) microstructure (35) of the model object (30) by forming the structured forming film (25); a step of fixing the carrier film (10) coated by the structure forming film (25) with the reinforcing film (15) in a gripping frame (45); a step of coating a transferring film (50) on the structured forming film (25); a step of separating the reinforcing film (15) from a rear surface (12) of the carrier film (10); a step of forming the structured transferring film (55) and compressing an optical workpiece (70) to be structured on the structured forming film (25) coated by the transferring film (50); a step of forming the optical component (75) structured by (sub) microstructures (35) and hardening the structure transferring film (55) which adheres to the workpiece (70); and a step of removing the structured optical component (75) in the forming film (25). The present invention can prevent unnecessary waste by reusing the reinforcing film and the carrier film.
