COMPLEX COMPRISING TRANSITION METAL DICHALCOGENIDE NANOPARTICLE AND TRANSITION METAL DICHALCOGENIDE NANOSHEET, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND CATALYST FOR HYDROGEN EVOLUTION REACTION COMPRISING SAME
The present invention relates to a complex comprising a transition metal dichalcogenide nanoparticle and a transition metal dichalcogenide nanosheet, a method for manufacturing the same, and a catalyst for a hydrogen evolution reaction comprising the same. The complex according to the present invention is formed of amorphous molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles on the surface of a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet or tungsten disulfide nanosheet and inhibits the nanosheet from re-depositing, and in the hydrogen evolution reaction, the molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles vertically aligned on the surface of the nanosheet provide an additional active sulfur site to provide a stable catalyst that does not change even after 100 cycles, thereby enabling large-scale synthesis and long-term catalyst stability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
