The present invention relates to a vehicle false target determination device capable of determining a false target from image information of a vehicle, a false target determination method thereof and a vehicle including the same. The vehicle false target determination device comprises: an image matching part matching obtained coordinate information of a two-dimensional image and coordinate information of a three-dimensional image; a target mapping part mapping sensed target information to a matched image in which coordinate information is matched; an interest area extraction part selecting a target mapped to the matched image as an interest area and extracting the selected interest area; and a determination part determining whether the extracted interest area is a false target and performing false target classification learning.
