Provided is a graph model-based traffic information predicting method, comprising a node corresponding to an intersection and a plurality of links corresponding to a plurality of roads connected to the intersection. The method comprises the steps of: collecting speeds of a plurality of non-shading links connected to non-shading nodes corresponding to a speed collection section; calculating the density of the non-shading node based on the speed of the plurality of non-shading links, interpolating the density of a shading node corresponding to a speed non-collection section from the density of the non-shading node, and deriving the speed of a plurality of shading links connected to the shading node from the density of the shading node; generating a graph model based on the speed of the non-shading link and the speed of the shading link; and inputting the graph model into a speed prediction model and predicting the specific future speed of the plurality of links.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
