The present invention relates to an English learning system using collective intelligence and a method thereof and, more specifically, to an English learning interface using collective intelligence, which uses the collective intelligence to reproduce a word clip related to an English word and a reply, a blog, and the like corresponding thereto and freely setting a link on the content thereof to be connected to predetermined content, and a system and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the English learning system using collective intelligence comprises: a search step of receiving a search word of a user to perform search; a step of allowing a word clip unit to display a word clip in accordance with the users search and store a newly generated word clip; a step of allowing a link setting unit to store an address linked with each word or sentence in the content of the word clip unit and display the content connected to the link address; and a step of allowing, when the user attaches a reply to the word clip, a reply management unit to store and display the reply.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
