The present invention relates to an explosive detection chemical sensor based on quantum dots whose light emission intensity is amplified by using rugate porous silicon quantum dots. More specifically, the present invention relates to an explosive detection chemical sensor based on rugate porous silicon quantum dots which improves sensitivity of quantum dots to explosive detection by using optical properties of rugate based on the principle of a photoluminescence quenching phenomenon of a specific light emission wavelength region of quantum dots when electrons in a conduction band of quantum dots of porous silicon moves to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the explosive.
