The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grain dregs vinegar, and grain dregs vinegar using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grain dregs vinegar and grain dregs vinegar using the same, wherein liquor lees, unlike prior arts, are fermented together without being filtered, in the process of acetic acid fermentation, and pre-prepared dregs brown rice vinegar is added for citric acid fermentation. Therefore, the grain dregs vinegar is not only healthy by abundant amino acids and citric acid extracted from liquor lees, but also excellent in taste and flavor by applying a grain fermented beverage with high sugar content by fermentation.
