The AI-based real-time monitoring server (300) comprises a sensor automatic recognition module (321); an H/W sink setting module (322); and a sensor value registration module (323). Accordingly, the present invention can establish a smart factory of a small business for establishing mutual communication system between production equipment and products of the small business and optimizing production processes by using IoT-based sensor modules.
