The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating glioblastoma including oleanolic acid derivatives and TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand) as active ingredients. Particularly, when oleanolic acid derivatives C27OA-1 to 3 are used in combination with TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand) according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an excellent effect of accelerating apoptosis of glioblastoma in which no anti-cancer effect appears with TRAIL anti-cancer agents or C27OA-1 to 3. Thus, the composition including oleanolic acid derivatives and TRAIL as active ingredients can be used advantageously for glioblastoma-treating agents.
