The present invention relates to: a method for simultaneously diagnosing influenza and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), a kit for simultaneously diagnosing influenza and MERS, and a composition for simultaneously diagnosing influenza and MERS. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a diagnostic kit for simultaneously diagnosing influenza and MERS, and a composition for simultaneously diagnosing influenza and MERS, wherein the method comprises a step of loading an antibody coupled to an influenza virus and an antibody coupled to MERS respectively to a sol-gel composition comprising a silicate monomer, an acid, a buffer and a solvent, and making the same react with a biological sample separated from an entity. According to the present invention, simultaneous detection of influenza and MERS can be accurately and quickly performed.
