According to an embodiment of the present invention, the austenitic stainless steel with excellent low-cycle fatigue life comprises 0.2 wt% or lower of C, 0.2 wt% or lower of N, 0.1-4.5 wt% of Si, 5-11 wt% of Mn, 15-20 wt% of Cr, 6-11 wt% of Ni, 2.5 wt% or lower of Mo, 3.5 wt% or lower of Cu, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfies the following formula (1), wherein (1) is 20 = (337*C + 78*N - 1.7*Si + 0.2*Mn + 1.7*Cr + 3.3*Ni + 17.4*Mo + 0.5*Cu - 9.934) = 35, and here, C, N, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, and Cu mean the content (wt%) of the respective element.
