The present invention relates to a system for cultivating leafy vegetables and mushrooms using interchange between oxygen generated from leafy vegetables and carbon dioxide generated from mushrooms, which maximizes the production amount and quality of the leafy vegetables and the mushrooms. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a housing (100) divided into a mushroom cultivation compartment (110), a leafy vegetable cultivation compartment (120), an air conditioning area (130), a management area (140), and a harvesting area by a plurality of sidewalls (101); a light emitting apparatus (300) emitting light to the mushroom and leafy vegetable cultivation compartments (110, 120); a mushroom cultivation shelf (400) stacked in the mushroom cultivation compartment (110) and cultivating the mushrooms thereon; a leafy vegetable cultivation shelf (500) stacked in the leafy vegetable cultivation compartment (120) and cultivating the leafy vegetable thereon; an air conditioning apparatus (600) installed in the air conditioning area (130), storing and transferring carbon dioxide discharged from the mushroom cultivation compartment (110) to the leafy vegetable cultivation compartment (120) or storing and transferring oxygen discharged from the leafy vegetable cultivation compartment (120) to the mushroom cultivation compartment (110), and controlling the carbon dioxide concentration, humidity, and temperature of the mushroom and leafy vegetable cultivation compartments (110, 120); and a control unit controlling the light emitting apparatus (300) and the air conditioning apparatus (600) based on Internet of things (IoT).
