The present invention provides a system for sensing a back seat passenger and warning of intrusion into the interior in a vehicle, which comprises: a door opening/closing detection unit which detects whether or not a rear seat door of the vehicle is opened or closed in a starting state; an ultrasonic sensing unit which has a plurality of ultrasonic sensors having a transmitting unit (Tx) for transmitting an ultrasonic signal to the interior of the vehicle and a receiving unit (Rx) for receiving the reflected ultrasonic signal, and detects changes in movement in the interior of the vehicle interior when the starting is released; a switching unit for varying characteristics of the transmitting and receiving units of the ultrasonic sensors with respect to the ultrasonic sensing unit; a control unit for controlling the switching unit so that the ultrasonic sensing unit can selectively operate a rear seat passenger sensing mode and an interior intrusion sensing mode; and an alarm generating unit for notifying the result to the outside when a motion occurs in the ultrasonic sensing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
